Dexter Rosa is an international commodities executive with over 15 years of experience spanning global trade, mining, and strategic resource development. His career has been defined by the ability to structure cross-border transactions, build high-level commercial relationships, and position ventures within complex international markets.
Throughout his career, Dexter has cultivated direct relationships with major industry participants, trading houses, and industrial partners, enabling access to physical commodity flows across metals, energy, and agricultural sectors.
A key milestone under his leadership includes the strategic vertical integration collaboration between Rio Tinto and the Sambo Group, focused on the integration of scandium oxide into next-generation aluminum alloys. This initiative contributed to the development of advanced materials designed for high-performance applications in the automotive sector, including OEM-level integration within Hyundai manufacturing programs.
This achievement represents a rare convergence of mining, advanced materials science, and industrial manufacturing—positioning Dexter at the forefront of innovation within the global commodities and materials ecosystem.
